Flax Seed
What brand of flaxseed is the best buy?
I read a lot about the benefits of flaxseed, but never eaten, and there have some tips. What i should look for choosing a brand. I have to go to Whole Foods to buy it? Are there different types? What are some things I should pay so that I do not contain the seeds, where I do not want to like it here so it is better to use the seeds or the oil? Also what is included some tasty recipes that flaxseed?
I want you at your local health food store in your town. Try the small ones. As here, for example, in the West, we have Vitamin Cottage and Whole Foods. I-Shop Vitamin Cottage myself. When you shop at Whole Foods, it becomes more expensive. Ask the people who work there. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Golden flax seed is best, and be sure to get the whole ones and grind only what you will immediately use it in a coffee grinder. Go rancid fairly quickly, the oil. I also think Organic is best, because why would you add something good and put junk in your body! Take a look on the internet for the recipes. Many raw materials such as flax Gourmet foods are healthy and they will have recipes.
