Just as a woman’s fertility and body will be affected so she can’t fall pregnant or carry a pregnancy full term, the man’s ability to deliver the correct quantity and quality of sperm, when needed will be affected.

It is important to a couples psychological health to not just assume infertility if they don’t fall pregnant at first. Most important of all is to ensure that they are having intercourse at the right time.

As a first step all that needs to be done is that the woman should note down her basal body temperature on a BBT chart over time, to determine when she is ovulating. In a lot of cases it comes down to having intercourse at the right time of the month.
